Da Nang will build three-level overpass to ease congestion

Leaders of Da Nang authorities recently worked with representatives from the city-based Military Zone 5 High Command under the Ministry of Defense to discuss the building of 3-level overpass project at the Western end of the Tran Thi Ly Bridge.
