Vietnam’s largest undersea tunnel set to be built in Quang Ninh

Authorities of the Northern coastal province Quang Ninh are working on a pre-feasibility report on an undersea tunnel crossing Cua Luc bay. Once completed, the undersea tunnel will be the largest of its kind in Vietnam.
