HCMC to spend $20 million upgrading Nguyen Huu Canh street

The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has just approved a proposal of the municipal Department of Transport about upgrading the 3,200 km-long Nguyen Huu Canh Street in Binh Thanh District. Total investment capital is estimated at around VND 473 billion ( equivalent to $20 million) from the city’s budget.
